As Lead Consultant and Principal, Brian Castner has the experience and training to meet your organization's planning and training needs in today's changing world of natural disasters and terrorism threats.

And as a fully independent contractor, he has the flexibility to augment your team as a consultant, or independently produce training and planning products.

Mission:

  • Emergency Management Plan preparation and implementation  
  • Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) related services, including Counter-IED training, force protection planning, and UXO and range management consulting
  • Specialized site security consulting and operations
