Brian Castner, Lead Consultant

A former Air Force Officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Operator, and Disaster Preparedness Commander, Brian Castner leverages a wealth of experience for his clients. With a broad training background, including a Master's Degree in Emergency Management from Oklahoma State University, he has served in command and policy setting positions throughout the United States and overseas. Brian's deployment experience includes two tours as an EOD Commander in Iraq, planning experience at Central Air Forces HQ in Qatar, and a tour as director of Emergency Management at a major airbase in Saudi Arabia.

Now, as Lead Consultant and Principal of TMS, Brian is in a unique position to augment your organization as a consultant, or provide a variety of independent planning and training services.

The mission of TMS is to provide the most professional and high quality emergency and anti-terrorism related training and planning possible. If your organization's requirement is larger than the Lead Consultant can handle, Brian Castner can call on a team of similar professional trainers and consultants to assist.
